Andrew Allshouse

Program Manager

With more than 10 years of experience working in the autism community, Andrew brings to we make a proven commitment to improving the lives of those most affected by autism and a passionate focus on the growth of the individual.

Armed with a degree from Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, Andrew’s journey to we make began in an unlikely place — the event planning and logistics industry. It was there that he first used his position to find opportunities for people with autism, encouraging and enabling them to volunteer at events, as well as market their homemade arts and crafts.

As a Community Employment Developer at Eden Autism, he made a tremendous impact on the daily lives of dozens of individuals and their families by creating work partnerships with some of the area’s premier employers.

And in the wake of major changes to New Jersey’s state funding model, Andrew put his advocacy front and center as a presenter at the 2016 APSE National Conference (Association of People Supporting Employment First), where he delivered his vision on ensuring service provider sustainability and growth.

A lifelong New Jersey resident who has always fought for positive change in his community, Andrew’s goal is to help create a world where people with autism can live, work and pursue their dreams with the full support of everyone around them.
