Director of Operations

Finding his passion for inclusion early in his journey, Austin has a keen understanding of the vast landscape of inclusionary practices and the benefits of equal access to opportunity. Austin graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Psychology. He comes to We Make with over 10 years of hands-on experience.

Austin continues his purpose with We Make as the Director of Operations, overseeing the daily operations of our three NJ facilities located in Mercer and Middlesex Counties. As We Make grows, we’re equally excited for Austin’s impact to be shared with all who join our We Make family.

Austin carries out our mission daily, ensuring all who come to We Make have a positive quality of life experience within their respective We Make employment journey.
